Tuesday, July 6, 2004Hi, my name is Dusky, and I’m an Appleholic. It all started that day when my parents helped me buy the family’s first computer. It was a Performa 575. The year must have been 1994. The cost: a couple of hundreds over 2000 bucks. Less than two years later the Performa 575 was replaced by a Performa 6200. The 6200 lasted me a good amount of time. An iMac DV400 followed. I was already in love with computers made by Apple, but I still hadn’t done anything drastic. Then in May of 2002 I had my first iBook. Things went downhill from there. I had become an Appleholic. I’ve spent over 5000 dollars on Apple products since then, including the $$$ that I spent today on a PowerBook. I… must… seek… help.
