A teacher asked a coworker/friend of mine. Not just any teacher, but a very fine-looking teacher. A teacher I assist. One I’ve had clashes with. Somehow, a simple question can lead to a hostile-like situation, although neither one of us means to be rude to the other. This is why I’m quiet. I bring up this quote because it means a lot to me that she actually cares to know why I act so quiet around her. I thought she was too conceited to care.
